Hayden G. and Erica Eason Hall are a working creative couple who make visual art. This visual art is in the form of Southern landscape oil paintings by Hayden. And Erica’s art form is interior styling and designing interior scapes. They have backgrounds in the food and floral industries. Hayden and Erica have owned brick and mortar restaurant and flower shop concepts but now work from their home studio as freelancers.
Hayden and Erica opened Oxbow Restaurant & Catering Co. in Clarksdale in 2011. And after four years of helping him get Oxbow off the ground, Erica went on to pursue another interest of her own. In 2015, she opened Oak & Ivy flower shop with her friend Susan Flowers, where they created living garden arrangements with plants for clients throughout the Delta and Oxford. After four tremendous years in business with the retail brick & mortar, Erica decided she was again ready for a change and closed the shop. With the rise in demand for Hayden’s oil paintings, Erica could oversee the administrative roles of marketing, scheduling, website design, bookkeeping, etc. all while pursuing her own next move.
In 2019, the couple made the choice to make midtown Memphis, TN their full-time home.
